Two fellow Tulane film students and I filmed, edited, and produced this video in unison with the non-profit, Ecogenia. Ecogenia’s goal is to mobilize Greek youth in climate action projects across Greece. We captured the work that this organization does along with the partnership that Tulane University is developing with them. My team was so inspired by the organization’s initiatives that we then used this video along with others produced by Tulane students to start a crowdfunding campaign. Through promotion on social media, appearing as guests on the Preserving Hellenism Podcast by The AF Foundation, and promotion in our direct circles, we raised $1,000 toward Ecogenia.
